Long Beach, California features one of the largest shipping ports in the world known as the Port of Long Beach. It houses both offshore and underground oil and manufactures some of life's most valuable assets used by the population today including electronic equipment, automobile parts, and air crafts. The city has truly flourished in high-tech and aerospace development. With such a progressive commercial presence, it's no wonder why Long Beach rentals have become so popular and attractive over the years. Long Beach rental housing landlords can make a killing in this market.

Long Beach, California is also home to the Queen Mary which is a historical ship that sailed the Northern Atlantic Ocean from 1936–1967 and now serves as a popular tourist attraction showcasing a hotel, a museum, and a restaurant. Speaking of tourism, Long Beach is also known as one of the top places to vacation and conduct business.
